Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager who possesses a deep understanding of the architecture, construction, and interior design sectors. The ideal candidate will have the experience or insight into these industries, enabling them to identify and secure new business opportunities effectively and manage client relationships fostering meaningful connections and proposing tailored solutions that align with client goals and visions. We are a Scale-up, and we’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit. We value proactivity and encourage individuals who enjoy thinking for themselves and coming up with innovative ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with architects and interior designers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various teams to tailor solutions to prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in sales and business development.
- Understanding of architecture and interior design sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Swedish.
