The position
This is the perfect position for you if you are newly graduated or have a few years’ experience within procurement. You will join a highly ambitious team, who work together to support Toyota Material Handling Europe within the purchasing area. You will primarily focus on supporting Logistic Solutions and our warehouses in Europe, furthermore, work within several other defined purchasing categories and projects for business development. You will act in an international context with great opportunities for personal and professional growth.
In this role you report to the Manager Purchasing Operations, Joakim Söderberg.
Your responsibilities
- Work with purchasing orders.
- Negotiating and draw up contracts.
- Manage both general and specific needs of investment projects.
- Monitor the market regarding new solutions and technology.
- Handling procurement on all levels and central functions of the European organisation.
Your Profile
- Junior talent within procurement, willing to build experience & competence.
- Strong personal drive & commitment
- Great communication skills
- Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier selection & qualification and supplier
- Analytical skills, handling data with attention to details
- Able to drive commercial results.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written, additional languages are a plus
