The position

Cambio is looking for a People Success Generalist to join our People Success team in Linköping or Stockholm. In your role as PS Generalist, you will be part of our PS Core team and together with Emma and Mia your task will be to handle the employee lifecycle. This means everything from issuing employee contracts, handle leaves, audit and maintain employee records in our HR system, support employees and managers in rehabilitation and sick leave matters, handle terminations, and support and work with the other members of our brilliant team!

From time to time, you will get the opportunity to participate in different HR-related or company related projects, both within and outside Sweden.

During the pandemic we work from home, but as soon as we can we want to meet each other again in the office. Our Linköping office is currently in Mjärdevi, but we’re in the process of moving to a brand-new building placed in central Linköping in 2022. In Stockholm, our newly renovated office is on Drottninggatan, near Rådmansgatan’s subway station.

About you  

We are looking for a person who enjoys working in a fast paced, international environment, who likes to drive his/her own initiatives but enjoys working with other members of our team.

You are a relationship builder, communicative, proactive and self-driven. You have the ability to work unsupervised, prioritize tasks and you are well structured and organized. You also enjoy a good laugh and occasional cake with your colleagues.

Requirements 

  • University degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years working experience in a HR-related field
  • Good understanding of Swedish labor laws
  • Experience of working with an HR/HCM system
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in both Swedish and in English

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Worked within the IT industry
  • A fundamental understanding of best practice as it relates to core HR activity; meaning compensation, benefits etc
  • Experience from work within Payroll
  • Knowledge and/or experience from work with GDPR-related projects/matters

Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping

Scope: Full time  

Form of employmentPermanent employment, 6 months trial period
