The position

In the new area of Cambio Integration Transition Team we are delivering integrations to our customers. Therefore, we are now looking for an Integration Transition Team Manager that will plan and lead the team for implementation of integrations between healthcare systems and will be a part of building successful service delivery team of Integration specialists.

The Cambio Integration Transition Team Manager role coordinates all requests based upon a framework aligned Internally and with the customers. During implementation of different integration projects, the manager controls the status, agreed time usage etc.

It is the Integration Manager’s responsibility to continuously improve the way of working to ensure a first-class service delivery over time and as agreed.

As part of the new integration transition team function, you will have a key role in building the team of integration specialists, establishing, and developing the processes as well as innovating the way the organization interacts both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Experience of leading teams
  • Experience of implementations and test and release integrations
  • Strong technical background
  • Strong customer communication skills
  • Stakeholder management and communication on a high technical level
  • Able to lead teams and drive activities within tight timeframes
  • Experience from working in an ITSM tool
  • Relevant post-secondary degree
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English

It’s a bonus if you

  • Knowledge in ITIL framework
  • Have experience from a Product and Service provider within the health care sector
  • Have experience working as a Product Owner
  • Experience in working in a Managed Services Delivery environment

Place of employment: Stockholm/ Linköping
