As an Integration Engineer  you will be a part of a NIRA Customer Adaptation team where the focus is to adapt and integrate NIRAS products into vehicles. Customers include some of the world’s leading car manufacturers, such as Audi, Volkswagen, Geely, Seat, Skoda, Volvo and Renault. With 90 co-workers, global presence and software running in over 50 million vehicles, NIRA Dynamics is a worldwide industry leader in their segment. 

Your team 

You will work within a team where you, in close cooperation with your team members, work on multiple  projects  delivering to the largest vehicle manufacturers in the world. We work daily with customers and partners abroad. The team consists of about 12 team members that work as technical project responsible, application engineers, integration engineers and test technicians. All with a high social level and great willingness to cooperate to achieve the team’s goals and solve any problems. 

This is what you will do 

You will be one of the integration engineers within the teamTogether with the rest of the team, you will take part in integration and testing of the software. You are also expected to contribute to the whole team’s wellbeing and performance.    

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Integration of NIRA software to the vehicles’ interfaces 
  • Continuous contact with the customers’ technical representatives 
  • Requirements engineering 
  • Prepare releases and reports to the customer 
  • Development and improvements of tools and processes 

As you get comfortable within your role and the organization, there are several opportunities such as the role as Technical Project Responsible, or technical ownership of tools and processes.

Your experience shall include: 

  • Programming in C/C++/Python 
  • GIT 

 It’s an advantage if you also have experience or knowledge within: 

  • Autosar 
  • SCons 
  • Gerrit 
  • Misra C 
  • Signal processing 
  • Matlab 
  • Customer communication 
  • Requirements Engineering 
  • Test driven development and automation 
  • Automotive industry (CAN, flexray and UDS especially) 

Other required qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or solid work experience.  
  • Fluency in English. 
  • Basic knowledge in Swedish and willingness to learn more
