Are you our new HR Manager?

Arriver™ is a new software unit and brand, fully focused on developing perception, fusion and drive policy software for the next generation cars. It will deliver an open, scalable and flexible architecture solution running on Qualcomm® Snapdragon Ride™ System on a Chip (SoC) platform. Arriver™ has 800 people in five countries – China, Germany, Romania, Sweden, USA  – and builds on more than a decade of experience in active safety software development. The company is wholly owned by Veoneer.

In Sweden we are situated in Linkoping, Stockholm and Gothenburg with around 400 colleagues.

What you’ll do?

We are looking for an HR Manager partnering with our awesome HR team in Linköping and Sweden, being a part of an exciting and dynamic international environment.

You will be responsible for the Arriver HR deliveries in Sweden and will be situated in Linköping where we have one of our global Development Centers. You will be reporting to the global HR Manager.

You will also work closely with our Business Leaders on-site in a consultative role around the whole HR spectrum, actively supporting our business both short and long term in areas such as Workforce Planning, Change Management, Team- and Performance Management.

Together with your colleagues in HR you will also drive your own projects with the purpose to develop and streamline the HR deliveries at Country level.

What you’ll bring:

You are a senior HR Professional with broad experience in the HR area, preferably as HR manager. We especially appreciate your strong capabilities in Leadership Development and Change Management and your experience in these areas. Since we are still at a startup phase with setting our new culture and processes, we hope that you enjoy working on long-term strategies as well as implementing them. It is an advantage if you have experience working in a similar industry.

Other required skills:

  • At least 7 years experience within broad qualified HR work
  • Expertise in Change Management and Leadership Development
  • Experience in facilitating and holding workshops and trainings
  • Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
