Parts Market Support is responsible to drive the definition of spare parts (before order) securing that it matches market demand and our parts strategy. Our mission is to provide on-time delivery of the definition of spare parts allowing for the best service for our customers. To achieve this Parts Market Support is organized in two areas: Parts Documentation and Parts Service Support.
The Position
Parts Service Support is now looking for a new Group Manager Parts Service Support for our Parts Technical Specialists and Parts Material Master Buyers located in Mjölby, Bologna, Germany and Ancenis.
As Group Manager Parts Service Support you will secure qualitative spare parts market support and provide timely response to queries to the market, both our European and Global sales network. Furthermore, you will analyze and harmonize processes, develop best practice for Parts Service Support and eliminate waste between processes and locations.
Your responsibilities
- Execute strategy according to approved plan.
- Establish a culture of continuous improvements based on best practices.
- Resources are managed efficiently and within the approved budget.
- Secure performance is in line with short term and medium-term targets.
- Challenge and develop team members.
- Secure that the Support team is compliant with all TMHE policies and requirements.
Your Profile
- Good analytical skills.
- Good technical understanding.
- Experience from working cross functional across different organizations.
- Experience managing pan-European teams.
- Prior experience from leader role is preferred.
