The position
You will be a part of our enterprise architect team, shaping the technical vision for Cambio’s infrastructure. in close cooperation with key stakeholders such as Cambio IT and our operations division. You are responsible together with the team for deciding how to execute Cambio’s long term vision from an infrastructure perspective, as well as continually improving the EA function here at Cambio. This is a creative and strategic role where the sky is the limit – how will we deliver best-in-class healthcare to the millions of Swedes using our systems?
A typical day for you would be understanding the business drivers and anticipating future technology requirements in order to continually refine our wanted position. You would collaborate with Cambio IT, operations and our lead architects to drive architectural decisions at the enterprise and product level to realize our wanted position. In addition, you may be facilitating competence development through coaching or workshops.

About you

Requirements
You are someone who has worked with infrastructure for a number of years, maybe within an operation organization, IT organization, or even R&D. You understand the challenges of balancing requirements, cost, security and a sound design and know how to find compromising solutions in tough situations. You are able to work holistically, creating relationships with key stakeholders in order to understand the big picture and drive changes throughout the organization. You are able to support architects on a more detailed level when necessary – performing reviews of solutions and ensuring adherence to our strategy. You are fluent in English both written and spoken.
Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping
