Dataton’s flagship product is the WATCHOUT multi-display system which is used worldwide to create, control and deliver spectacular productions across multiple display areas. Job description
We mainly work in C++. The product you will work with includes media playback in many different formats, network communication, GUI, time synchronization over large clusters, streaming media over networks, audio and controlling external devices. We’re continuously developing our product to meet new market needs – with your experience and knowledge you’ll be involved in the whole development cycle, from architecture and design to implementation and maintenance.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for creative experiences and technology innovation, and who understands and values the importance of user-centric development.
You are a senior developer with experience of C, C++ and software architecture. You love to discuss new ways to solve problems, and to find smart priorities in every step. You should also have a general interest in audio/video technology. We offer you the chance to be part of developing a market-leading tool which will enable artists to inspire and impress people around the world, every day.
Naturally, we do not expect you to be an expert in all the media playback areas, but if you have a strong interest in technology, we believe that you also have the ability to quickly absorb any knowledge that may be missing.
