Brilliant Mentors of the Future is a reversed mentorship program where professionals from Linköping companies are paired with students from Linköping University. In this setup, the students take on the role of mentors, offering insights on leadership, innovation, and the future of work. How does it work?
Each professional is paired with a student mentor through a careful selection process. Over the course of the autumn 2025 and spring 2026, mentor pairs will meet five times on their own, plus at a joint kickoff and a closing event. Together, they explore topics that are relevant, interesting, and valuable for both parties.
