Lena Miranda has been the CEO of Linköping Science Park since 2014. She is also the vice chairman of the International Association of Science parks and areas of innovation, IASP. She has also served as chairman of the Swedish Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation for five years as well as a member of the Swedish Innovation Council led by the Prime minister of Sweden. Ms Miranda has a background in entrepreneurship. Before joining Linköping Science Park, Lena Miranda ran her own company for ten years and also worked for several years in startups in Sweden. Currently, she is very engaged in topics covering emerging innovation ecosystems, missions and system innovation.

Fredrik Larsson is Chief Operating Officer at Linköping Science Park, where he leads the organization’s operational core – uniting projects, platforms, and cluster initiatives under one umbrella. With over 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and strategic leadership across sectors such as consulting, banking, and insurance, Fredrik brings a broad and future-focused perspective to innovation-driven environments.

Since joining Linköping Science Park in 2017, Fredrik has played a key role in building the park’s visibility, brand architecture, and international reach. In his current role as COO, he is responsible for communication, international relations, investment promotion, and operational alignment. He also leads the park’s Impact Arena – a hub for driving cross-functional collaboration and societal impact.

The park’s initiatives span areas such as cybersecurity, AI, smart systems, and sustainable infrastructure – all tied to the mission of fostering ecosystems that promote technological progress and regional development. Through strategic leadership and an ability to connect the dots between vision and execution, Fredrik contributes to building the collaborative, knowledge-driven society of the future.

Anna Broeders is the Talent Manager and CHRO at Linköping Science Park in Linköping, Sweden. Her main focus is on strategic talent attraction and employer branding. She works to attract talent not only to the Science Park, but also to the region and the country – while also creating value for those already working within the park.

Before joining Linköping Science Park, Anna worked as a recruitment consultant specializing in tech talent. This background gives her a strong understanding of the needs and expectations of her target groups. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development, providing a solid academic foundation for her work.

Sedan jag tog min masterexamen i ekonomi vid Linköpings universitet 2008 har jag arbetat med kvalificerad redovisning och ekonomi, främst inom offentlig sektor. Med flera års erfarenhet som internkontrollansvarig inom redovisning och administration i en stor offentlig organisation, värdesätter jag ordning och reda inom ekonomiområdet, vilket känns särskilt viktigt när det gäller förvaltning av skattemedel.

Min drivkraft är att stödja kollegor och medarbetare i deras arbete och säkerställa att redovisnings- och rapporteringsprocesserna är tydliga och enkla att följa, vilket underlättar för alla att göra rätt från början.

Tim Larsson är en projektledare baserad i Linköping med erfarenhet inom digitalisering och innovation. För

närvarande arbetar han som projektledare inom cybersäkerhet för Sweden Secure Tech Hub och som processledare för Visual Sweden med visualisering och bildanalys.

Tidigare har Tim varit ansvarig för datainsamling för Qualcomm (Arriver) och arbetat som digital produktchef på Dynamic Code, där han också ansvarade för cybersäkerhetsfrågorna. Hans erfarenhet inkluderar att leda digitala transformationsprojekt, utveckla produkter och arbetat som konsult inom Business Intelligence. Tim har en magisterexamen i Technology Management från Ekonomihögskolan vid Lunds universitet och har genomgått utbildningar inom ledarskap och styrelsearbete.

As the Program Manager of IndX, Robin is responsible for planning and facilitating collaboration among our corporate partners: Saab, Toyota MHE, Husqvarna, and Väderstad. IndX is as an international startup arena, which requires Robin to focus on scouting and maintaining continuous communication with startups, fostering connections between them and our corporate partners. This role involves extensive interaction with both the Swedish industry and international startups, and Robin frequently attends various international tech and startup events.

In addition to his focused work with IndX, Robin is actively involved in other startup-related initiatives at Linköping Science Park. Such as the Soft Transit concept with Switch2Sweden, aiming to create a unified effort among different innovation platforms in Sweden to support and host international startups.

Before joining LISP and the indX role Robin worked with Venture builder Hidden Dreams in Stockholm, where he still lives. His focus since studies at Linköping University has been startups which is where he has a broad network and expertise.

His human-centered approach to transformation ensures sustainable, long-term change for both individuals and organizations.

Before joining Linköping Science Park, Oscar worked as an innovation advisor, entrepreneur, and team leader. His background gives him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that companies face when adopting new technologies. Oscar is also a sought-after speaker and facilitator, known for his ability to inspire and engage audiences while providing practical tools for success.

Through the AI Öst network and various educational programs, Oscar creates meeting places where companies, academia, and public sector organizations can collaborate and share knowledge to build a stronger regional AI ecosystem.

Beatrice Magnusson is Project & Community Manager at Linköping Science Park, working mainly within the clusters Cyberly and IoT World. She also leads the work in the national cybersecurity initiative Sweden Secure Tech Hub – a project run in close collaboration with five other leading science parks in Sweden, they join forces to strengthen secure digital innovation across the country – with a clear focus on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

With a background in communication and event management, Beatrice has previously worked at a municipal business development agency, focusing on place branding, local business development, and citizen communication.

Beatrice holds a degree in Graphic Design and Communication – a solid base for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action and creating meaningful encounters. She’s driven by a passion for building strong networks, designing engaging events and making sure the right people find each other at the right time.

Since August 2023, Sara Karlsson has taken on the role of Ecosystem & Partner Manager AI Sweden – East regions. Her role, along with that of team East at AI Sweden, is to drive forward the adoption of AI across Swedish society to boost our competitive edge. The specific regional focus is on engaging AI Sweden partners and non-partners, operating in Östergötland, in regional, national, and international collaboration efforts.

Ulrika Johansson började på Linköping Science Park 2020 och har sedan dess varit klusterledare för IoT World. IoT ingår som del av Östergötlands regionala styrkeområden och därför samverkar Ulrika ofta med kollegor som har fokus på AI, Cybersäkerhet och Visualisering. Ulrika har även rollen som delprojektledare för Klimatneutrala Linköping där Linköping Science Park ansvarar för Linköpings kommuns stöd till små- och medelstora bolag som ger dem möjlighet att testa sina lösningar som har potential att minska växthusgasutsläpp. Ulrika leder även Linköpingsinitiativet, där privata och offentliga medlemsorganisationer inspirerar varandra och antar utmaningar inom områdena energi, materialflöden samt transport och resor.  

Ulrika har i olika sammanhang fått möjlighet att utveckla sina ledaregenskaper och har kompetens och erfarenhet inom verksamhetsutveckling, projektledning och processutveckling. Hon arbetar med fokus på globala mål och är engagerad i missionsdrivna innovationsprocesser och systemförändring. Ulrika har även lång erfarenhet av att föreläsa, hålla workshops och gillar att inspirera och engagera till givande möten och konstruktiv samverkan.

I am the Program Director of Innovair, a Strategic Innovation Program (SIP) which gathers the different stakeholders within aeronautics in order to support research & innovation to meet the challenges the aviation industry is facing for example when it comes to the green deal.

The best thing about working at Linköping Science Park is seeing how the community and new technology can really contribute to solving societal challenges. In my role as a communicator, I get to combine my interest in brand building and strategic work with a dynamic everyday life. I have the privilege of being part of the process management for the innovation platform Visual Sweden, where I work with events, communication, and project management. Among other things, I serve as an innovation block leader for the technology area of visualization and image analysis within Agtech Sweden.

I have a strong commitment to gender equality and equity issues, which is channeled through the network East Sweden Tech Women.

My background includes a bachelor’s degree in design from Linköping University as well as education in project management and digital communication. Previously, I have also run my own business in marketing and communication.
