In addition to the benefits available to the open network (newsletters, mailings, and open meetings), cluster members can:
- Participate in member meetings where discussions take place in smaller groups with greater trust and space to share experiences and knowledge with each other.
- Propose themes, co-create, or host member meetings or other activities.
- Create and participate in groups that collaborate around a theme where members share interests or challenges.
- Participate in national activities and gain access to international collaboration.
- Share news or offers with the entire network during meetings and through the Cyberly newsletter and website.
To be eligible for membership, a company or organization must:
- Be registered in Sweden. A foreign company must have a permanent establishment in Sweden that is not solely a sales organization.
- Conduct activities that support the goals of Sweden’s national security.
- Demonstrate consistently high business ethics toward employees, suppliers, competitors, cluster members, as well as in procurements and customer relations.
- Have a stable financial position and not have any unpaid taxes or fees with authorities in Sweden or abroad.
- Provide accurate information about ownership and operations.
- Act in a way that does not harm the interests of the Cyberly cluster or its members.
- Ensure that its representatives have a clean record and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Appoint an employee to represent the company and act as a contact person, responsible for sharing information with other employees.
Membership requires an annual fee.
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) eligible to receive de minimis aid, do not pay a fee, but must instead sign a document confirming that the membership has been granted as EU state aid.
Other companies and organizations pay a fee of SEK 15,000 per year; alternatively – in kind – they commit to:
– Providing a three-hour training session per year through our Cyberly Academy, where members educate one another.
