Welcome to kick off the autumn together with other brilliant minds in Mjärdevi.
We meet at Nira Dynamics Garage at Wallenbergs gata 4. Lingon & Dill BBQ Team, the winners of 2017 SM in BBQ will serve us some of their best food:
- Pulled pork BBQ with buttered black cabbage, pickled unions and goat cheese dressing
- Chuck Roll BBQ with cauliflower cream flavored with truffle
- Spicy bean burger on garlic bread with coriander, chili and mint
- Blackened salmon with avocado in a dressing of citrus and chive
