“How to apply signal processing and Deep Learning for global coverage”

AI Sweden, Maxar and FIA Robotics invite students to a lunch lecture on 3D and satellite imagery! Sara Karlsson, Ecosystem and Partner Manager at AI Sweden, will be presenting and introducing AI Sweden and the possibilities for students, before handing over to Leif Haglund, strategic advisor at Maxar, telling us how they work with signal processing and deep learning.

About Leif Haglund

Leif Haglund is a strategic advisor at Maxar and also an adjunct professor in remote sensing at Linköping University. Previously he was the Technology lead and managing director at the Swedish part of Vricon and Maxar. As an aside, he also holds approximately 20 patents in the field of Image Processing and 3D reconstruction based on satellite images.
