The project strengthens managers and professionals within the public sector in Östergötland and addresses the lack of digital competence that hinders adaptation to new demands. Through education and lifelong learning, both individuals’ employability and organizations’ capacity to lead digital transformation are improved. The initiative contributes to regional development through more efficient processes, reduced environmental impact, and enhanced collaboration between public actors—key elements in meeting future demands and welfare challenges.
