The position
In the new area of Cambio, Service delivery, we deliver several different services and environments to our customers to help them provide innovative, smart and reliable IT solutions to improve health care and patient safety. We are now looking for a Technical Service Delivery Coordinator in the Technical Service Operations (TSO) department who is responsible for the technical parts of the Service Delivery.
You will in your role as Technical Service Delivery Coordinator be collaborating with different roles and teams at the TSO department and with IT suppliers to coordinate and assemble the technical parts of a service delivery. You will also make plans with IT suppliers and internal technical teams, create time- and resource plans with them and provide a basis for technical delivery.
In this role you will do the detailed maintenance planning of the infrastructure and coordinate infrastructure changes, like database security patches, virus programs and releases of new platform services tooling. The Technical Delivery coordinator participates in technical change meetings and the implementation of the technical changes, ensuring the operations teams within TSO know what is expected and when.

The Technical Service Delivery Coordinator will have contact with various stakeholders both internally and externally with our partners, it is therefore important that you have strong communication as well as collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Relevant post-secondary degree
- Experience from Technical Service Delivery Management or similar
- Experience from IT infrastructure and Operations
- Knowledge in ITIL
- Fluent in Swedish and English both verbal and written
It is a bonus if you have
- knowledge in managing or coordinating technical changes and maintenance planning
- experience from working within ITIL change and release process
- proven leadership skills
- knowledge and experience from the healthcare industry
Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm
